Includes Roman finds from major and minor cities along the Phrygian border with text, translation, commentary, and plates of inscriptions and objects. Part two attempts to establish relative size and age of the Phrygian cities from literary sources. Part three continues in the manner of part 1, surveying the major finds in more of the border cities of Phrygia. It ends with a series of notes correcting the original article.
