In the present work, Gustav Diettrich collates, edits, and presents the texts of five different manuscripts from the British Museum containing the Masorah of the prophet Isaiah in order to provide a comparison of the Eastern and Western Syriac traditions. The edited text is accompanied by a critical apparatus with variant readings, and Diettrich has also included an extensive introduction and helpful appendices and indices.
