This is the site report from the first excavation of two key areas in Corinth, the theater district and the tombs. Such sites are fertile sources of information at any site, and in Corinth, whose historical importance and complicated site history make any excavation of interest, these sites are doubly valuable to historians of Roman Greece and the New Testament. The full site report includes descriptions of the initial excavation processes and topography, diagrams, and photographs of the sites and finds within, including sculptures and mosaics.
