Strange things start to happen when three best friends (Sarah, Jessica and Phoebe) a book from the special section of their library, and start reading it. Somehow, Sarah finds herself transported in the book. What makes things worse is that the Evil Queen has stolen the Magic Book that makes the story in order. Sarah is alone in a strange land where she makes friends with an angel named Gloria. Gloria enlists Sarah to recover the Magic Book, find the Good Queen and save the land. Together with Gloria, Sarah travels to the Evil side on a quest to discover the identity of the Good Queen but first she must acquire five magical items. In order to succeed, she will have to outwit a witch, trolls, sirens, a merchant Trader, and finally the evil queen who turns out to be someone she knows. In this ultimate battle between good and evil, will Good triumph and finally put the story in order?

Tabetha G. Kiraz is a native speaker of classical Syriac and is the author of My Baby Brother Lucian (Gorgias Press, 2010). She is currently pursuing her elementary degree at St. Matthias School, Somerset, NJ where she participates annually in the Young Author’s Program. She loves to read fiction, and dance. Though this is her first chapter book, she hopes to become a famous author when she grows up.

She speaks Aramaic (Syriac): An article about her appeared in the Star Ledger on February 29, 2004. She likes reading and making books. This is her first printed book. She is now working on her next book called The Syriac Book of Opposites.
