This volume contains William Cureton’s English translation of the History of the Martyrs in Palestine written by Eusebius of Caesarea. For this version, Cureton used an ancient Syriac translation of Eusebius’ work found in a collection of manuscripts in the British Museum (BM add. ms. 12,150). Cureton supplements the English translation with copious notes containing both grammatical and historical information.
