The concept of morality is at the heart of this book. In the first two chapters, the author examines the concept in Islam and other religious and philosophical traditions. The third chapter is devoted to understanding morality in the Isharaki tradition, looking at the cases of al-Kindi, al-Farabi, and Avicenna.
