In the present article, Curt Peters presents collated texts of several Gospel passages found in a group of Arabic manuscripts that offer interesting variants. In his introduction to these texts, Peters discusses the manuscripts used in his survey and discusses the reasons for their unique features. Peters’s survey includes the collated Arabic text of the following Gospel passages: Matthew 1:18-25; Matthew 5:23-45; Mark 12:1-12; Luke 4:1-13; John 19:28-42. Peters accompanies each passage with a critical apparatus including variant readings and a German translation of the collated text.
