Robert P. Gordon
Robert P. Gordon studied Hebrew and Aramaic at Cambridge, where he also completed his PhD on the Targum to the Prophets. He edited the Peshitta of 1 and 2 Chronicles for the Leiden Peshitta Project (published 1998). From 1995 to 2012 he was Regius Professor of Hebrew at Cambridge.
