This exhaustive survey constructs stemmata for the manuscripts of each homily of Origen in Latin, and the quotations, both in Latin and in Greek, in the Latin Fathers, arranged by the book of the Old Testament which is the subject of the homily. Such questions as "how many homilies did Origen write on Genesis?" are discussed and resolved as far as the evidence will bear.
