Robert Owens is Professor of Old Testament at The General Theological Seminary in New York. He holds the Ph.D. from The Johns Hopkins University. He is the author of a number of works on the Syriac Peshitta Old Testament, including The Genesis-Exodus Citations of Aphrahat the Persian Sage.
